As soon as my inbox showed that I had an email from Nyk and Cali Photography, I became so excited at the photos that I knew would be inside! And as expected, they didn't disappoint! Kenny and Melissa were married at Mint Springs Farm this summer. Brad was their master of dance and has shared his recap of the night! Also, #SayYesToDix
Nashville DJ Diaries | Four Alarm Fire Truck Getaway at Mint Springs Farm
Nobody is concerned about my safety when I leave the house to DJ an event. I might pull a muscle lifting speakers, stub a finger on a bad cut, or get a beer spilled on me. But aside from traversing Nashville traffic, I have a pretty safe job. Every now and again, I am reminded of those in the world that do NOT have a safe job. It's hard for me to get my head around jobs that are absolute necessities but carry with them a chance of serious injury or even death. I would like to remind everyone that no matter your political leaning, please remember that every Police Officer, Soldier and Firefighter risks their lives every day they clock in. It is a selfless act that they perform. This was weighing on me heavily as I prepared for Adam and Julia's wedding.
Nashville DJ Diaries | Dance Circle Mayhem | Hustle'n Groomsmen, Island Music, and THE Salsa!
I truly can't write an introduction that will do this week's DJ Diary any justice. Victoria and Aaron were married at Mint Springs Farm on July 4th, 2015. While everyone else was watching fireworks in the rain, Brad Ford was getting to light fireworks on the dance floor with this great group! From choreographed dances, dance circles, and playing Salsa and Island hits, this night was one we all wish we had been able to to attend!
Nashville DJ Diaries | Mint Spring's Farm's Beauty and The Beast
On May 31st 2015, Brad Ford had the honor of being the DJ and MC for Kayla D'Aguillo and Spencer Green's wedding. They got married at the beautiful Mint Springs Farm in Nolensville, Tennessee. Now I know we have done a lot of weddings at this venue and have had many of them featured in our DJ diaries. But the great thing about Mint Springs Farm is that they encourage couples to be different. To think outside the box to make the day their own. This was certainly the case with Kayla and Spencer! Kayla's bottom line with me was that she wanted a party. She wanted to dance and celebrate and have her guests walking away talking about how good of a time they had.
