This weekend was the official kick off of Snyder Entertainment's 2015 wedding season! We were excited that our first event took place at Mint Springs Farm. Pamela and Justin couldn't have asked for a more beautiful weekend after the last few weeks of ice, cold, and snow. Brian and J Clark provided the entertainment for this southern affair and shared a few highlights from the night on today's DJ Diaries!
The Ceremony: The sun was shining over the new couple during their wedding ceremony. The officiant, Wes, was very relevant and made sure the ceremony was a celebration.
First Dances: The couple's first dance was sang by her brother Nathan. He covered Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud," and it was an incredible version of this top hit. Pamela is a big Disney fan and danced with her dad to Steven Curtis Chapman's "Cinderella." Justin and his mom Susan danced to Celine Dion's "Because You Loved Me," and they had the entire barn singing along.
The Reception: The reception was jumping all night long, and we spanned multiple genres. Pamela and her family had planned a choreographed dance routine to Ace of Base Sign, then to "Low" by Flo Rida and wrapped up the dance with "Lean Back" from Terror Squad. Pamela's mom, Opal, led the entire wedding in "The Wobble." We rolled through the 70's in classic style from Diana Ross, K.C and The Sunshine Band, The Commodores and George Clinton.
J Clark Anderson took the last hour and put his spin on party classics from Will Smith, Vanilla Ice and Tone Loc.
The Exit: Wireless pin spots were used to highlight the cakes and head table. Multiple monogram lights created the atmosphere for the reception barn. We concluded the night with "Time Of My Life" from Dirty Dancing and ended with a sparklers exit.
